Horizons: the Waterscapes
Our May 2026 exhibition will be of tranquil waterscapes. Painters capture the essence of water. Reflect upon the abstract shapes of color and light that shimmer on the surface. Artists in this exhibition blur the lines between representational and abstract approaches. They are open to seeing beyond the horizon, and are keenly aware of subtle shifts in color temperature, mood and atmosphere. At least 20 percent benefits the Alliance for the Great Lakes.
